Service fees cover administrative and professional support and are not connected to any government authority.

All purchases made through our website or directly with our team are considered final unless specified otherwise.

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

✔ 2.1 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.

✔ 2.2 Order Placed but Not Yet Processed

If you request cancellation before we begin processing your application or travel request.

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

• After your eTA application or travel service request has been processed

• If your application is rejected by the government authority

• If delays occur due to government processing times

• If incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information was provided

• If you change travel plans after service has started

• For government fees, third-party fees, or administrative charges

• If you fail to provide required documents on time

Our fees cover processing, consultation, customer support, and administrative work, which cannot be reversed once initiated.
