1. Service Fees

All payments made to Alas De Oro Global Travels are for visa assistance and processing services only.
Government visa fees (if applicable) are charged by immigration authorities and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. No Refund After Submission

Once your India e-Visa application has been:

  • Submitted to the government, or

  • Processing has begun

No refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa application rejection or refusal

  • Delays caused by the Government of India or technical system issues

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the applicant

  • Failure to upload required documents

  • Change in travel plans or cancellation by the applicant

  • Duplicate or multiple applications submitted by the applicant

  • Applicant no longer meets eligibility requirements

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same application due to a technical error, please contact us within 48 hours of payment.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Cancellation of your application

We encourage customers to contact our support team for resolution before raising a dispute.

6. Processing Time Disclaimer

Processing times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Currency & Refund Method

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

  • Currency conversion fees, bank charges, or transaction fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

8. Cancellation by Alas De Oro Global Travels

We reserve the right to cancel an application if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Required information is not provided

  • The application violates our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, service fees may be non-refundable.

9. Policy Updates

Alas De Oro Global Travels reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
